はじめに
オーストラリアのワーホリ生活が楽しすぎて「あと1年いたい！」と思った方へ。
**セカンドワーキングホリデービザ（セカンドビザ）**を使えば、もう1年滞在できます。
「英語での申請は不安…」と思うかもしれませんが、自分で簡単にできます！
この記事では、私が実際に申請して承認されたときの流れを、画像付き・日本語訳付きでわかりやすくまとめました。皆さんの参考になれば嬉しいです💫
※この記事は2025年5月時点の情報をもとに、実際に自分で申請した体験をまとめたものです。正確な情報はオーストラリア政府の公式サイトをご確認ください。
セカンドビザの条件
以下の3つをすべて満たしていれば、セカンドビザの申請が可能です。
- ファーストワーホリ中に、指定地域で対象の仕事を3か月（88日）以上していること
- 申請時の年齢が18歳〜30歳以下（日本国籍の場合）
- ビザの条件を守って滞在していること
対象の仕事には、農業・建設・畜産などがあり、対象地域は都市部以外です。
自分の仕事内容や地域が対象かは、移民局のサイトで確認しておきましょう。
申請に必要なもの
申請前に、以下を準備しておきましょう。
- ImmiAccount（移民局のオンラインアカウント）
- 申請料 AUD 650（クレカ払い）：2025年5月現在
- 仕事情報（雇用主の名前・ABN・勤務日など）
- ペイスリップなどの指定地域での労働証明ができるもの
- パスポート、パスポートのPDF
- 残高証明（およそAUD5000は必要）

①セカンドワーキングホリデービザの申請は、こちらのログインページから行えます。https://online.immi.gov.au/lusc/login
②User Name とPasswordを入力し、右下のLoginで次のページへ。
③Login Successful のページとなり、右下のNextへ。

①このページの左上のNew applicationより新規の申請をおこないます。

This authorises the department to send the authorised person all written correspondence that would otherwise be sent directly to the applicant.（これにより、申請者に直接送付されるはずだったすべての書面による通信を、権限を与えられた人物に送付することが許可されます。）

セカンド申請のために８８日間働いた、特定業務（ファームやホスピタリティジョブ）の登録をしていきます。
→画面左下のAddをクリックして登録画面に進みます。

書類の添付の方法
1️⃣Travel Document /Evidence of funds for stay in Australia departure /Evidence of specified workそれぞれの左側にある➕ボタンをクリック。
2️⃣Document typeを選択、Descriptionを記入。
3️⃣ファイルを選択し、アップロードへ。
✏️Travel Document（旅行書類）
→パスポートの写真もしくはスキャンを添付。
✏️Evidence of funds for stay in Australia departure（オーストラリア滞在の資金の証明）
→オーストラリアの銀行の残高証明書を添付します。5000ドル以上が望ましいとされています。
（オーストラリアの銀行ではオンライン上・無料で取得可能です。）
NAB銀行で私が行った方法はこちらから。
✏️Evidence of specified work（指定された業務の証明）
→指定業務（ファームやホスピタリティ）についた証拠を添付します。PayslipやEmployment contactなど。
申請あたり、添付書類は60件までです。一度にアップロードできるのは、10件までです。PDFを一つにまとめる方法はこちらから（MACBOOKの場合）。

後日申請する場合は、Immi Acountにログインし、下部の画像の画面より、Incompleteである申請の➕ボタンをクリックし、右下のSendより提出ができます。
また、左下のEditより編集も行えます。

Your decision to pay will be final, your payment cannot be disputed, even if you change your mind about your application.（今すぐお支払いいただくと、申請書はオーストラリア政府に送付されます。お支払いの決定は最終的なものであり、申請内容を変更した場合でも、お支払いいただいた金額に異議を申し立てることはできません。）→ビザの申請が拒否された場合でも返金は不可となっています。
2025年5月現在、650オーストラリアドル➕手数料が求められます。

申請後の話
申請、おつかれさまでした！
わたしは月曜日の午前中に申請を行い、その直後に以下の2通のメールが届きました。
- 申請受付のお知らせ
- ブリッジングビザA（BVA）が発行されたという通知
そしてなんと、その約3時間後に「Granted（許可）」のメールも届きました！
セカンドビザは、即日〜数週間以内に許可が下りるケースが多いようです。
ただし、人によってはメール通知が来ないまま、ImmiAccount上で「Granted」になっていることもあります。
「なかなか連絡が来ないな…」という方は、一度ImmiAccountでステータスを確認してみるといいかもしれません。
